Cancellation Policy

A $20 non-refundable booking fee is required for all new clients, this fee is separate from the service price. Please send via Venmo or Cash app Venmo- @pictureperfectlashes Cash app- $arianawelch56 I charge a %50 cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. There are no REFUNDS for any services, you have a 24 hour window to notify me if you are unhappy with your lashes and I can fix/remove your lashes free of charge. After 24 hours you have to pay to fix/remove them. If you are running late to your appointment please notify me ASAP so I can make arrangements to still service you.
